East Budleigh produced a really good team performance in a 2-0 win at Uplowman, controlling the contest from start to finish, writes Mark Auton.

Budleigh’s opening goal on the half hour came courtesy of an own goal that gave them a deserved lead at the interval.

The second-half clincher saw the left boot of Liam West finish off a corner from George Harris.

Man of the Match went to the returning Liam Mabin.

This Saturday (October 14), East Budleigh has a home game when they entertain Plympton in a Devon Senior Cup tie. The Vicarage Road kick-off is 2pm.
