Conservatives win Broadclyst seats in county vote

Conservatives Ray Bloxham and Sara Randall Johnson have won seats in the two-member Broadclyst ward during the Devon County Council elections.

The results are as follows:

Ray Bloxham (Conservatives) 1,652

Henry Gent (Green) 679

Peter Hook (Liberal Democrats) 515

Eileen Lascelles (Independent) 359

Sue Mills (Labour) 406

Sara Randall Johnson (Conservatives) 1,516

Jan Ross (Labour) 411

Eleanor Rylance 839

There were five spoilt papers and a turnout of 32.7 per cent
